  2. Thomas Fitzherbert was born on 30 August 1746, the son of Thomas FitzHerbert and his wife Mary Theresa Throckmorton. He was baptised in St Mary's church, Swynnerton, Staffordshire. [1] In 1778 he married Maria Anne Smythe , widow of Edward Weld , but died without children in Italy in 1781.
