Tom Dumoulin (Maastricht, 11 november 1990) is een voormalig Nederlandse wegwielrenner die vooral bekend stond als tijdritspecialist en klassementsrenner. Dumoulin won in 2017 twee meerdaagse wedstrijden op WorldTour -niveau, te weten de Giro en de BinckBank Tour en hij werd in 2017 twee keer wereldkampioen , in de ploegentijdrit en in de individuele tijdrit.
Tom Dumoulin (født 11. november 1990 i Maastricht) er en tidligere hollandsk professionel cykelrytter, der ved karrierestoppet i 2022 cyklede for Team Jumbo-Visma. [1] Han er kendt som tempospecialist og klassementsrytter. I 2017 vandt han for første gang Giro d'Italia. I 2018 blev han nummer 2 i både Giro d'Italia og Tour de France.
