The United Services College was an English boys' public school for the sons of military officers and civil servants, located from 1874 at Westward Ho! near Bideford in North Devon, from 1904 at Harpenden, Hertfordshire, and finally at Windsor, Berkshire. Almost all boys were boarders.
At Uniformed Services University, students become part of an elite group of health care professionals and researchers across all military services and the Public Health Service. In 1874, Price was appointed Headmaster of the United Services College at Westward Ho! in North Devon, founded by a group of serving and ex-Army officers to provide an inexpensive education for the sons of military personnel and those serving the interests of the Empire.

So the United Services College began a trek round various premises, combining on the way with St Mark’s, Windsor, and ending as the Imperial Services College at Haileybury from whence Cormell Price had set out in 1874 to found the original College at Westward Ho!
