Alexander Victor Edward Paulet Montagu (22 May 1906 – 25 February 1995), known as Viscount Hinchingbrooke from 1916 to 1962, as the Earl of Sandwich from 1962 to 1964 (when he disclaimed his peerages) and as Victor Montagu from 1964 to 1995, was a British Conservative Member of Parliament (MP).

Rear Admiral Victor Alexander Montagu CB (20 April 1841 – 30 January 1915) was an English first-class cricketer and Royal Navy officer. Born to John Montagu, 7th Earl of Sandwich, he was a godson of Queen Victoria. Montagu entered the Royal Navy as a cadet at the age of 11.

Alexander Victor Edward Paulet Montagu (known as Victor) was born in 1906, and was Viscount Hinchingbrooke from 1916 until 1962. He was the Conservative MP for South Dorset between 1941 and 1962. In 1962, when his father died, he succeeded as 10th Earl of Sandwich.
Montagu era el hijo mayor del noveno conde de Sandwich y su esposa, Alberta Sturges. Era hermano mayor de Lady Mary Faith Montagu y de la novelista Lady Elizabeth Montagu. Fue educado en Eton y Trinity College, Cambridge. En 1926, se unió al 5º Batallón (Huntingdonshire), Regimiento de Northamptonshire, como teniente.
