The Making of a Taylorologist. This is the history of my interest in the William Desmond Taylor case, and how my hobby grew and developed over the years. It’s hard to remember everything, but the following timeline should be pretty accurate. In 1956, when I was nine years old, my family moved from Kansas to Southern California.
