Wong Yan-lung, GBM, SC (Chinese: 黃仁龍; born 1963) is a barrister in Hong Kong who served as the second Secretary for Justice of Hong Kong between 20 October 2005 and 30 June 2012.

Before his appointment as Secretary for Justice in 2005, Mr. Wong Yan Lung SC had a broad civil and commercial practice including land, trust, company and defamation. He also had a substantial public law practice covering town planning, land compensation and other constitutional issues.
