Alois "Al" Terry Leiter (; born October 23, 1965) is a former Major League Baseball (MLB) left-handed starting pitcher.Leiter pitched 19 seasons in the Major Leagues for New York Yankees, Toronto Blue Jays, Florida Marlins, and New York Mets.

During his career, he managed to earn two World Series rings and play on three different teams in the fall classic. Although Leiter never became one of the star pitchers of his day, he made important contributions to his teams’ success throughout his career.
