How seriously are C. S. Lewis's works on apologetics taken by philosophers? From my experience, "Mere Christianity" and the 'lord, liar, lunatic' argument are viewed as popular works, and to the extent I am familiar with philosophy of religion (distinctly from theology) I don't believe Lewis is part of the discussion at all.
