Take Exit 16 - East Avenue. Turn right onto East Avenue.

  4. City of Norwalk CT. Norwalk's historic City Hall is located on 125 East Avenue in Norwalk, Connecticut. It is easily accessed from Exit 16 off I- 95. The Concert Hall and Community Room are open to the public. Due to space limitations, City Hall Conference Rooms are for internal meetings only.
