For the 18 version, the updates are: MPC-HC to version 2.2.1.21, LAV Filters to version 0.79.2, MPC Video Renderer to version 0.8.0.2228, MediaInfo Lite to version 24.04, Icaros to version 3.3.2 and Codec Tweak Tool to version 6.7.2. - Added libass option for MPC-HC.

After codecs were downloaded, follow again steps 1-3. On step 3 change your settings back to Download unsigned ActiveX controls, Disable. Note: If you want to avoid step 4, select Prompt instead of Enable.
