Green. While they criticized the government’s net-zero bill, Green MPs ultimately voted for it. The party wants to slash greenhouse gas emissions by 60 per cent below 2005 levels by 2030 (using an annual carbon tax increase of $25 a year) and says it will create “clear” and “enforceable” targets and timelines by 2023.
