Acadie is the debut studio album by record producer and singer-songwriter Daniel Lanois, originally released in 1989 by Opal Records and Warner Bros. Records. It was largely written and recorded in the city of New Orleans. Lanois sings on it in both French and English, sometimes on the same track.
