Hace 6 días · Synonym for feel bad "I feel bad" is a general expression. Feeling bad could be caused here by a lot of things such as mood, health issues and many more. "I feel unwell/sick" is specificialy about physicial condition and health. It may mean that I catched a cold, feel nauseus, have a headache etc.
