TIL Hitler's Family doctor, Eduard Bloch, was an Austrian Jew who was granted special protection by Hitler when he invaded Austria. Bloch emigrated in 1940 and died in the United States in 1945 a month after Hitler died. The SS had Jewish / Jewish descendent soldiers. And British/French/Belgian and ethnic soldiers etc.
