Francesco Raffaele Nitto (27 de enero de 1886 – 19 de marzo de 1943), más conocido como Frank Nitti o Frank "The Enforcer" Nitti (Frank "El ejecutor" Nitti, en español), apodo que recibía por obligar con violencia a obedecer sus órdenes, fue un gánster estadounidense.
Within a year, his mother married Francesco Dolendo. Although two children were born to the couple, neither survived—leaving Francesco and his older sister, Giovannina, the only children. Francesco Dolendo emigrated to the United States in July 1890, and the rest of the family followed in June 1893 when Nitti was seven.

On November 17th,1940 Frank Nitti’s wife, Anna Ronga, died of Acute Ulcerative Colitis, a disease which at the time there was no treatment for. Nitti was now alone, sick himself with ulcers and a bad heart, and trying to raise his six-year-old adopted son.
