Frederica of Mecklenburg-Strelitz (German: Friederike Louise Caroline Sophie Alexandrine; 3 March 1778 – 29 June 1841) was Queen of Hanover from 20 June 1837 until her death in 1841 as the wife of King Ernest Augustus.

Friederike was christened on March 15, 1778, and given the names Friederike Caroline Sophie Alexandrine. She had nine siblings: Duchess Charlotte (1769 – 1818) – married Friedrich, Duke of Saxe-Altenburg, had issue. Duchess Caroline (1771 – 1773) – died in childhood. Duke Georg Carl (1772 – 1773) – died in childhood.
