So my Dr upped my dosage from 1 MG to 2mg on guanfacine and I'm at 300 bupropion she said is was time to increase it has any one see a difference from one to two MG just curious cause I can say I'm normal but my wife is like naa I can see when you on the pull then when I forget so I'm asking is what changes did you see or WHT should I expect.

Baseline actigraphy demonstrated frequent and prolonged nocturnal awakenings and early morning awakenings. He was initiated on doxepin 3 mg at bedtime, and it was subsequently increased to 6 mg at bedtime.
Hmm...not sure. My son started on guanfacine (1 mg) when he started kindergarten and was already 5yo then started him on 5mg of adderall xr in the spring of his kindergarten year. In first grade the doc bumped him up to 2mg of guanfacine and eventually 10mg of adderall xr. He's stayed with that regimen since—he's now in third grade.
I have taken it for almost a decade at this point, in varying dasages from 2 mg to 4 mg. I felt that 4 mg was more activating for me, and made me feel dizzy a lot the first month. However, it really helped me with the bad physical anxiety I had from SSRI withdrawals. Now I am back to 2 mg, and I think I am going to likely take this dose for life.
