The castle was modelled on similar constructions in England and France built in the Gothic Revival style. In 1945 Hohenzollern Castle briefly became the home of the former Crown Prince Wilhelm of Germany, son of the last German monarch, Kaiser Wilhelm II.

14 de mar. de 2021 · Hohenzollern Castle is one of the most visited castles in all of Germany and has around 300 000 to 400 000 visitors every single year! The castles spot may make it a little more difficult for people to make it there, but that certainly doesn’t seem to be putting people off by looking at the figures.
Hohenzollern Castle is in south-west Germany, just south of Stuttgart and really close to the amazing Black Forest. (If you’re a biker, this area is heaven. Seriously.)
