Maureen O’Hara (eigentlich Maureen FitzSimons; * 17. August 1920 in Ranelagh, Dublin; † 24. Oktober 2015 in Boise, Idaho) war eine irische Filmschauspielerin und Sängerin mit US-amerikanischer Staatsbürgerschaft. O'Hara's long and distinguished career was celebrated on several occasions, including a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and induction into the Western Performers Hall of Fame in 1993. She penned her autobiography, Tis Herself , in 2004, shortly before receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Irish Film and Television Academy in her hometown of Dublin.
