John Harold Lambert (born July 8, 1952) is an American former football linebacker who played his entire 11-year career for Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League (NFL).

When he was a student at Crestwood High School in Mantua, he played quarterback and cornerback for the football team.

Lambert was also an inaugural member of the Steelers Hall of Honor as a member of the Class of 2017. He was one of the most menacing linebackers ever to play in the NFL, known fondly as "Jack Splat" or "Dracula in Cleats."
