Jason Michael Lee (born April 25, 1970) is an American actor, skateboarder and photographer, known for his role as Earl Hickey on the NBC television series My Name is Earl, his portrayal of Syndrome in the CGI film The Incredibles, and his presence in the Alvin and the Chipmunks franchise.
Lee portrays the role of Dave Seville in the CGI/live-action films Alvin and the Chipmunks, Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel, Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked, and
