Hace 4 días · Biography. Johann Sebastian Bach was born on March 21, 1685 in Eisenach to a family of musicians. Bach's father, Johann Ambrosius, was director of the Stadtpfeifer (town musicians) and many of his uncles were professional musicians. His father taught him to play violin and harpsichord while his uncle, Johann Christoph, introduced him to the organ.
