Julianna Margulies (Spring Valley, Nueva York; 8 de junio de 1966) es una actriz estadounidense. Tras interpretar varios pequeños papeles logró el éxito con su papel como la enfermera Carol Hathaway en el drama médico de NBC ER, rol por el que ganó un premio Emmy.
After several small television roles, Margulies received wide recognition for her starring role as Carol Hathaway in the NBC medical drama series ER (1994–2009), for which she received a Primetime Emmy Award and six Screen Actors Guild Awards, in addition to four Golden Globe Award nominations.
Until she became a regular in ER (1994), she guest starred in several television series and a pilot. Since then, she has starred in several films, including Ghost Ship (2002) , Evelyn (2002) , and Snakes on a Plane (2006) , and headlines the CBS drama The Good Wife (2009) , for which she has won both an Emmy and a Golden Globe.
