I woke up just to see my videos bombarded with copyright claims from LatinAutor. Just who is this claimant? My videos are fan-made arrangements which shouldn't be subjected to copyright because it falls into the legal requirements of fair use.Besides, the name sounds like it came from America.
I just had the exact same thing happen to a video of my friends band doing a cover of holiday in Cambodia by the dead Kennedy’s. I googled it and found this thread. I also have 4 other “claimants” besides that one that all appeared at the same time. LatinAutor, AMIRA, LatinAutor-PeerMusic, Kobalt Music Publishing, UMPI.

They claim the song is a cover and uses a melody from from one of their songs. Twinkle Twinkle was published in 1806 and is public domain. Any suggestions?
