From what I can tell this dude Lee is an exmo who was hanging out at an LDS temple preaching against the church. A 70 showed up and they had an argument. The 70 then got a court/restraining order against him, but then baited him into responding so he would be arrested for breaching the order. Does that sound about right?

When I read the stories of people like Lee Baker and his wife, I mourn and am astounded that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints doesn’t teach its members much of anything. So, along comes a knowledgable Christian or even “ex-Mormon” and they can destroy “the testimony” of your typical garden-variety Latter-Day Saint in about 10 minutes

Unfortunately, a warrant for Lee's arrest was issued and he was thrown in jail for about a week while funds were raised to pay his bond.
