4 de ene. de 2023 · Maersk completes Martin Bencher Group buyout. A.P. Moller – Maersk has announced the completion of its acquisition of Martin Bencher Group on 4 January. The enterprise value of the transaction is approximately $61m on a post-IFRS16 basis as announced on 5 August 2022 assuming an unchanged foreign exchange rate.
