3 de may. de 2024 · Otto Dix (1891-1969) zählt zu den bedeutendsten Künstlern Deutschlands. 1960 schuf der Maler im Auftrag der Stadt das 5 x 12 Meter große Wandbild für das neu erbaute Rathaus Singen. »Krieg und Frieden« ist das einzig erhaltene Wandbild des Künstlers und ein ungewöhnliches Zeitzeugnis und Kunstwerk der Nachkriegszeit.
