There's some very powerful people in Oz. I'll try to explain some of my controversial picks: Jason Kramer: he's a lesser known character but he's very strong. He only lost to Hamid Khan on points and beat Said in a deleted scene. He's definitely worthy of the top ten. Beecher over Keller: the numbers don't lie.
