Since leaving Call the Midwife, Ferris played Queen Victoria in the 2018 film Holmes & Watson and Mrs. Faulkner in Tolkien the following year. In 2020, she played Madame Gaudin in Urban Myths.
Pam also had a role in "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" as Aunt Marge before Harry inadvertently inflated her into a balloon and sent her floating into the sky. Now 73 years old, Pam resides in East Kent with her husband, actor Roger Frost. The couple shares a home in Elham.
