Supported from their base at RAF Brize Norton, the A400M will initially complement the Hercules on UK operations and exercises. Once RAF tactical techniques and procedures are matured the A400M will replace the C130 and become the cornerstone of the RAF's tactical airlift capability and a key force element of Future Force 2020.
