CEFCU Stadium is home to the San Jose State football team. The football team has played its home games in the stadium since 1933. The Spartans won the first football game played in the stadium, 44-6, over San Francisco State on October 7, 1933.
The San Jose State Spartan Tennis Complex is located on South Campus, near CEFCU Stadium. The facility includes six competition courts with lighting, sound system, spectator seating and viewing areas and a full scoreboard.
Spartan Gym is the home of the San Jose State women's volleyball and women's gymnastics teams. Seating capacity of the gym is just over 1,000 spectators. The gym is located on the corner of Fourth and Paseo de San Carlos Streets.
