Sample 5 – Running. I would like to talk about my favorite sport, which is running, an easy and free sport to try for everyone. I only started it a few months ago thanks to my colleagues who are professional runners. I was convinced by how well-shaped they look and how passionate they are about this sport.
To make a longer answer, you need to talk about your general attitude towards sport, talk about which sports you like, say where and how often you do sport, and who you do them with, and talk about why you do sport. Here’s one example: I enjoy some sports, though I’m not a fanatic.
If you like any sports, you could talk about: Which sport you like. Why you like it. How long you’ve played it or watched it. Why you like sports in general. If you prefer to play a sport or watch a sport (or both) What teams you support. What famous player you like, and why. What sports you liked when you were younger.
First, choose a sport that’s easy for you to talk about. Then you could say: If you like to play or watch that sport. Why you like it. How long you’ve been playing or watching it for. How often you play or watch it. Your favorite team or player. If you’ve ever been to watch a game or match in person. Who you play or watch it with.
