Some combination of the Inflammation Theory of aging, the Cell Senescence Theory, the Stem Cell Theory, and the Epigenetic Theory seems quite promising, both as a way to identify the main drivers of aging, and perhaps as a route to discovering therapies, if not for aging as a whole, the aging of the brain.
