Gordon reveals that Harvey Dent “never made it home,” a fact which Joker does not seem surprised by. Gordon accuses the Joker of being behind Dent’s kidnapping (safe assumption here, Gordo) before leaving to get some coffee.
The Dark Knight was followed by The Dark Knight Rises (2012), the conclusion of The Dark Knight Trilogy. In the film, Batman is forced out of his self-imposed retirement following the events of The Dark Knight ; he allies with Selina Kyle / Catwoman to take on Bane , a physically imposing revolutionary allied with the League of Shadows that is featured in Batman Begins .
The dark knight is chock full of intense action and one of the best action movies ever, and it was more of a shoot em up crime action thriller than a superhero flick, and of course the best part of the dark knight was Heath ledger. Dark Knight (10 out of 10 ) The performances were brilliant from all the cast members.
