Thomas Francis Wilson Jr. (born April 15, 1959) is an American actor, comedian, musician, podcaster and YouTuber. He is best known for playing Biff Tannen , Griff Tannen, and Buford "Mad Dog" Tannen in the Back to the Future film trilogy (1985–1990).
Although he is probably best known for playing bully Biff Tannen in the Back to the Future (1985) trilogy, he is said to be a very nice man in real life who drew upon his own personal experiences of being bullied as a child to create the Biff persona.
