What is the time code? Time code is the function that assists advanced image editing by recording hours/minutes/seconds/ frames on image data through the time that progresses while recording. What is the user bit? You can record any information such as the date/time/scene number (8 digits hexadecimal number) as the user bit.

How to set the time code (TC Preset) MENU → ( Setup) → [TC/UB Settings] → [TC Preset]. Press the top/bottom side of the control wheel, and select the first two digits. The time code can be set between the following range. When [60i] is selected: 00:00:00:00 to 23:59:59:29.
How to reset the time code. MENU → ( Setup) → [TC/UB Settings] → [TC Preset]. Press the (Delete) button to reset the time code (00:00:00:00). You can also reset the time code (00:00:00:00) using the RMT-VP1K remote commander (sold separately).
14 de jul. de 2022 · Firstly you need to go to MENU (Shooting) then TC/UB and set Time Code Make to Preset and Time Code Run to Free Run. You then connect the BNC output terminal of your timecode device or TC out from another camera to the Multi/Micro USB terminal of the camera with the VMC-BNCM1 adapter cable.
