Tulane University Academic Year 2022‐2023 Newcomb‐Tulane College. New students entering Fall 2022 are assessed a one‐time $250.00 New Student Orientation Fee. Spring Scholars and new transfers entering Spring 2023 are assessed a one‐time $100 orientation fee.
