Just wondering if it is necessary to book an entry ticket to Westminster to skip the line in Early June. , how long to look around? and is there changing the guard ?

Also changing the guard is in Buckingham Palace which is in London. You have to decide if you want to visit Paris ( with all its attractions) or London.
