Unfortunately, while enjoying a jetskiing adventure, Kingston and his unidentified friend collided with a bridge. Kingston was knocked unconscious, and he nearly drowned.

He was later examined by doctors, who discovered that he had a torn aorta. Sean underwent emergency heart surgery, which he says saved his life.
