Partly. While there are Germanic languages that use reflexives more than English (e.g. Dutch), they still don't use them nearly as much as Romance languages. The only non-Romance language you mentioned is Russian, and Slavic languages use reflexives in their own way so much that sometimes their analyses separate reflexive verbs from other verbs.
