George Henry FitzRoy, 4th Duke of Grafton (1760–1844) General Lord Charles FitzRoy (14 July 1764 – 20 December 1829), who married, firstly, Frances Mundy (1773 – 9 August 1797) on 20 June 1795, and had one son.
The first Duke of Northumberland was born at Merton College, Oxford. In 1682, he was employed on secret service in Venice. Upon his return to England in 1684, he was elected (10 January) and installed (8 April) Knight of the Garter. That summer, he served as a volunteer on the side of the French at the Siege of Luxembourg.

George Henry FitzRoy, 4th Duke of Grafton, was born 14 January 1760 to Augustus Henry FitzRoy, 3rd Duke of Grafton (1735-1811) and Anne Liddell (1737-1804) and died 28 September 1844 of unspecified causes. He married Charlotte Maria Waldegrave (1761-1808) 16 November 1784 in Navestock, Essex, England, United Kingdom.

Grafton was the son of George FitzRoy, 4th Duke of Grafton and Lady Charlotte Maria Waldegrave, daughter of James Waldegrave, 2nd Earl Waldegrave. The 6th Duke was a politician. He represented Bury St Edmunds as member of parliament as a Whig between 1818 and 1820 and again between 1826 and 1831, [1] and was member for Thetford between 1834 and 1841.
