The Seeds are an American psychedelic garage rock [3] [4] [5] [6] band that formed in Los Angeles, California in 1965, best known for their highest-charting single "Pushin' Too Hard". The band's classic line-up featured frontman Sky Saxon, guitarist Jan Savage (born Buck Jan Reeder), [7] keyboardist Daryl Hooper and drummer Rick Andridge.

1960s American psychedelic garage rock band from Los Angeles, California (USA), fronted by Sky Saxon. The original, classic line-up was active from 1965 to 1969, but Saxon continued to use the name at least through 1972, using a varying set of backup musicians. He reformed the original Seeds in 1989.
