Vincent M. Fennelly (July 5, 1920 - December 4, 2000) was an American film and television producer. He worked as a sales manager for Monogram Pictures before graduating in 1950 to produce pictures for the studio and its sister company Allied Artists.

Critical response
Guns of the Magnificent Seven was not well received by critics. In his review for The New York Times, Howard Thompson noted the film suffered from poor production values, and a derivative plot, "It's the same old iron-jawed, cowboy seven, with new actors and all the magnificence of a dead burro."
