Harley, Robert (1661-1724). Conde de Oxford, hombre de Estado inglés, nacido en 1661 y muerto en 1724. MY TAKE: Everyone in the hobby knows the name, Robert Harley. Surely one of the most respected reviewers, and editor of the The Absolute Sound, Mr. Harley has gained a reputation for his knowledge and insights on all things audio.
