Hace 2 días · Originally the producers hired Rouben Mamoulian to direct. However, Mamoulian had issues and a bad relationship with the film's producers from the first day of filming. Preminger replaced Mamoulian, who had stirred up cast members against Preminger by spreading rumors that Preminger was unhappy with some casting choices.
