Das Strandbad Wannsee im Bezirk Zehlendorf ist das größte seiner Art in Europa. Auf dem 1,2 Kilometer langen und 80 Meter breiten Sandstrand stehen Strandkörbe zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen FKK- sowie einen Sport- und Spielbereich mit einem Kinderspiel-, Beachvolleyball- und Bolzplatz.

Nice and clean beach, plenty of space, always nice temperature in the water, and good kiosks selling the most important stuff. Easy access by S-bahn from other parts of Berlin, and a quick bus ride from the station to the Strandbad, but you can also walk the cosy path from the station.

The Strandbad Wannsee is an open-air lido on the eastern shore of Großer Wannsee lake, a large bay of the Havel river in Berlin, Germany. Opened in 1907, it is one of the largest inland lidos in Europe, with a beach that is 1,275 metres (4,183 ft) long and 80 metres (260 ft) wide, [1] replenished with sand from the Baltic coast. [2]

The lido on the shore of lake Wannsee has a history of over 100 years. It is located in the south-west of Berlin and borders directly on the natural Grunewald forest.
